PG covers rain day when the TV stations now ignore it.  While it’s a feature, it’s still a local story that should receive some coverage.  If newspapers start covering stories (FEATURES) that the TV stations and their consultants say are unimportant to the audience, will this help newspapers etch out a place for video in the local market?
